How we work

  1. 1.Choose design

  2. Firstly search for your perfect design or if you can’t find what you are looking for, then why not decide to have a bespoke design unique just for you.

  3. 2.Bespoke designs

  4. If you would like to order a bespoke design, please note that there is a £10 design fee and this will give you 2 samples of a specific product i.e. invitation or thank you card.

  5. When requesting a bespoke design please give as much detail as possible, for example:

  6. BulletWho the invitation or thank you card is for

  7. BulletWhat the occasion is

  8. BulletDo you already have some ideas in mind? i.e. pink font or an image of a flower

  9. BulletThe quantity of invitations or thank you cards you require

  10. 3.Email me your requirements

  11. Email me at with the following:

  12. BulletDesign name or bespoke requirements

  13. BulletProduct - invitation, thank you card, party bag label, pack or other

  14. BulletQuantity -  sets of 10 invites/thank you cards or sheets of 21 labels

  15. BulletWording (ALL products shown are examples of wording):

  16. BulletInvitation - Invitations can be generic or addressed personally to each guest. 

  17. BulletThank You Card - Supply a generic message regarding the thank you.

  18. BulletParty Bag Labels - Supply a generic message.  Please note that not all labels need to have the message, please advise if you wish to have some blank with just the design image.

  19. BulletDirect email address to send the proofs.

  20. 4.Pay via Paypal / Bank transfer

  21. Once I have received an email with the above information, I will advise total price with combined postage costs and once this is agreed I will send a paypal invoice / bank details for the total order.

  22. 5.Confirm proofs

  1. Upon receipt of full payment I will send a proof to you within 36hrs (Monday to Friday).  This is when you can let me know what changes need to be made or if the proofs are correct. Once the proofs have been finalised I will print. No changes can be made to the final proofs.

  1. As the buyer it is your responsibility to check the proofs for wording and spelling.  This information will be copied exactly from your original email and therefore I can not accept any returns.

  2. 6.Delivery

  1. I will post the items within 5 days of the proofs being finalised. 

  2. I use 1st class posting with Royal Mail.  Please allow 1-3 days for items to arrive.
